(1). formulating and amending the association constitution

(2). electing and removing the councillors and directors

(3). formulating and amending “the Administration Regulations of the Canadian Association of Industry and Commerce General Membership Fee ”

(4). reviewing the financial report, the work report, and the budget for the following year of the association; determining the work policy and association policy for the next year
